Automatic Liquid Packing Machine
- The machine shall be a Vertical Form Fill & Seal machine for producing Side Sealed & Filled pouches.
- The machine is operated automatically so that one has to install only a reel of laminated multilayer film printed or non printed as a packaging material and arrange for the product to be filled in the hopper to flow through the filing former.
- The prime mover in the machine is a GE or Crompton make 1/2 hp. Single phase motor and the suitable ratio worm reduction gear box.
- Electronic Photocell Eye Mark System shall be fitted on a standard machines for exact picture printing on each pouch.
- The lens of the camera shall select each photocell mark printed on the film and the controlling unit of the machine shall control pulling of the film.
- Filling system will be volumetric syringe filler system. This filling system is for uniform free flow liquid products only.
- Frame of the machine shall be in a casting pattern and will be duly painted.
- The covers shall be made in mild steel duly painted. All the contacting parts shall be made of S. S. 304 duly buffed.
